We are excited to welcome Guest Chef Stéphane Saint Louis, co-owner of Michelin-recommended Table Culture Provisions and Petaluma gem Bijou, to House of Flowers this Fall. During his residency from November 14th to 17th, Chef Stéphane will craft artful pairings for our Estate Vineyard Immersion experience, weaving together influences from his Haitian heritage and his time spent working across Asia and France.

A tasting journey through the Sonoma Coast, highlighting distinctive expressions of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay from this acclaimed wine region. Set within our lush gardens or intimate interior spaces, this guided flight of three Appellation wines is accompanied by a seasonal crudité & snack board.

Hosted in a private space within our lush gardens or intimate interior spaces, this in-depth tasting of four wines from extreme coastal sites is accompanied by elevated food pairing bites crafted by our in-house culinary team.
