2007 Camp Meeting Ridge Chardonnay
download PDFTasting Notes
Initial scents of pear and lime develop into aromas of baked green apple and toast. The bouquet is punctuated with crushed stone minerality. The lean acidity balances the fleshiness spreading on the palate. Citrus peel and minerals add to the richness and balance. Enjoy now or cellar 1 - 3 years to enjoy the intriguing complexities that come with aging.
